EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer free one-time exchanges and reverse pick-ups within India. Shoes in mint condition are eligible for exchange or store credit (valid for 90 days) within 15 days from the delivery date. We do not offer store credit on sale items.

Incase the reverse pick-up facility is not available on your pincode, you will be required to ship the shoes back to our warehouse.

Shipping fee for international exchanges are to be paid by customer (non-refundable).

Inspired by the most wonderfully tragic Shakespearean play- The Tragedy of Hamlet, we decided to design a mojari duo based to convey our passion for Hamlet and Ophelia's love story! 

Ophelia, a three-dimensional character, who's considered to be a vessel of morality and forbearance, was a mighty heroine of the Elizabethan era. We knew that we had to set our Ophelia Juttis on a bright red base because red is symbolic of courage, sacrifice, love and danger...at the same time red is considered somewhat traditional. So, it captured the essence of Ophelia perfectly!

The raw silk upper and back are heavily adorned in an all-gold asymmetric design. The design is a thoughtful depiction of both Hamlet & Ophelia's characters. The floral, ornate part is complex, elaborate and lastly, breathtaking that perfectly represents our eternal virgin, Ophelia and the linear parallel line design symbolises the austere Hamlet. Each piece is tirelessly hand embroidered using zari, dabka, sequins, bugle beads and faux pearls, giving this shoe a regal look.
