We offer a free, one-time-only reverse pick-up service within India for all exchange items.

The product should reach us in its original shape and packaging.
Your exchange request will not be entertained in case the product is damaged, torn or used.
We do not allow refunds of orders once placed. However, we can offer store credits that can be redeemed within 90 days of returning the shoes.
