Coral Haze allows product exchange (not valid on clearance sale items) for the same or above the amount of the purchased order. We help you pick the perfect shoe size by following universally prevalent size standards. If you would still like to exchange your pair for a different size or pair, please inform us within 48 hours from the time of the product delivery. The product should reach us in its original shape and packaging. Your exchange request will not be entertained in case the product is damaged, torn or used.
We do not allow refunds of orders once placed.

Our international orders normally take around 7 – 10 working days to get delivered. Our shipping charges are standard for all countries across the globe, Rs 2900, except India. The charges may vary according to the number of pairs being delivered. For eg.

Depending on your location and the customs laws of your area, you may have to pay import duties.

For international orders, we do not offer exchange or refund.

If a second exchange is necessary or if the reverse pick-up service isn't available for your area, you'll need to cover the shipping cost to return the shoes to our warehouse at your expense. Additionally, you will be responsible for the re-shipping charges for the exchanged product.
