Sizing & fit
How do I select the right size?
We follow standard European sizes. If you are unsure of your size, you might want to measure your foot (in cms) and refer to our size guide. If you are a size in between (e.g. Size 38.5), we suggest you opt for a size up (i.e. Size 39) and add a rubber insole in it for a better fit.
Will the shoes open up once I wear them?
Yes! Our juttis have a snug fit, but they will expand ever so slightly within a few hours of wearing. The jutti usually will take the shape of your feet for a more relaxed fit. The sneakies and men's shoes are true to size and shall not expand.
I can’t find my size in your available options; can you customize a smaller/bigger size for me?
Yes, we can customize juttis in smaller/bigger sizes. However, we do not offer COD on custom made shoes. They are to be fully paid for (in advance) and cannot be exchanged for another pair or returned for store credits. We do not customize sizes in sneakies and men's shoes.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I exchange my product for another one?
Yes! We offer exchanges based on the type of product purchased:
Exchange Policy Summary
Full-Priced (MRP) Products: Enjoy a free, one-time exchange at no additional cost.
Sale Products: These are eligible for exchange, but minimal charges apply for the reverse pickup and re-shipping of the product.
Clearance Sale Products: Products purchased during a final Clearance Sale are not eligible for exchange or return.

Can I exchange a product I purchased during Sale?
Yes!
Sale products : These can be exchanged. Minimal charges apply on reverse pickup and reshipping of the product. Please refer to our Exchange section for full details on the costs and process.
Clearance Sale Products: Products purchased during a final Clearance Sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
For all exchanges, please fill out our exchange form to initiate the process.
Can I return a product and get full refund?
We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, you can get store credits for your product, which is redeemable for 90 days only.
I don’t live in India; how do I exchange my shoes?
We currently do not offer reverse pickups for international exchanges. However, if you can ship the product back to us yourself (at the address given below), we can make the exchange happen. Initiate an exchange by writing to us atinfo@coralhaze.com, mentioning your order number, reason for exchange and the product you would like in its place. Our team will come back to you with all the details. Please note: We will be able to process the exchange after the package reaches our warehouse. In addition to that, the shipping charges for the exchange will have to be borne by you.
Delivery & Tracking
How long does delivery take?
We usually take 24-48 hours to get your orders ready for dispatch. Once dispatched, it should reach you within 3-4 business days depending on your location in India. For custom orders and out-of-stock sizes/products, we will require 7-10 business days to make a fresh pair. Our team will get in touch with you in case of any further delays. International deliveries will take up to 5-6 business days. Please note: These delivery times are subject to location, distance, and our logistics partners. Delays during festivals & National Holidays aren't uncommon.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking details. You can track your package using that or canclick hereto track your order.

How do I clean the shoes if they get dirty?
You can clean the shoes with a brush and soapy water and leave them out to dry in the sun. In case of tough stains, the shoes are safe to dry-clean using white petrol. For more details on caring for your product, you may refer to ourProduct care guide.
How do I store the shoes so that they last long?
Always store your shoes wrapped in a cloth, preferably a muslin cloth or dust bag, and keep them in a closed box along with the silica gel pack provided. Make sure the shoes are free of moisture, to avoid the growth of fungus over time.
Customization
Can you customize shoes to match my outfit?
Yes, most definitely! If you like one of our existing designs but want to change the base color, it can be done at an additional charge of Rs 500 over and above the MRP. We do not offer COD on custom made shoes. They will have to be fully paid for in advance and cannot be exchanged for another pair or returned for store credits. Can you send my order as a gift with a personalized note?
Yes! You can send us the message via email mentioning your order number, and we will be happy to gift wrap your box and add a personalized card to it for NO additional charge.
