Frequently Asked Questions
Bobby is part of Coral Haze's design-led footwear range. Check the live listing for the precise construction, colour, decorative work and available sizes so you can compare the pair with your wardrobe and intended occasion.
Choose the occasion based on the pair's visible finish and detailing. More ornate embroidery or embellishment typically suits festive and occasion wear, while cleaner designs are easier to repeat with casual, fusion or smart-casual outfits.
Measure both feet from the heel to the tip of the longest toe and use the larger foot for sizing. Coral Haze recommends checking its size chart before ordering; if your measurement falls between two listed sizes, choose the larger size.
Store the pair in a cloth or dust bag away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep embellished or embroidered footwear away from water, perfume and oils, and prefer professional dry cleaning for embroidery or embellishments; wipe the sole gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear.
Check the live product page for the current dispatch promise because timing can vary with stock or pre-order status. Many Coral Haze product pages state dispatch in about 4–5 days, while selected in-stock or pre-order styles may show a different timeline.
Exchange eligibility depends on the live product status and any product-specific note. Coral Haze's current product pages distinguish MRP, sale and clearance items, and some individual products may be marked non-exchangeable. International orders are generally not eligible for exchanges, so review the product page before checkout.
Where the option is shown on the product page, Coral Haze offers an add-on gift box for a premium unboxing experience. Current product pages commonly show the gift-box add-on at ₹500; confirm availability and price on the live page or at checkout.
